Srias IWA, heard it has initial delays due to conflict, any fair suggestion if it can be considered, i see its slow progress even now, do we know if there's still any issue or its good to go as per RERA.

Western Springs, wanted to understand if all the conflicts it had, is resolved or do we know which units is under conflict.

Aparna Zenon, people are confidently quoting 13k inspite of all AI progress, will there be any further appreciation in price if we buy now vs 1 year later, as there wont be much buyers entering at this range.

I know its quite in the early stages, wanted to understand the density impact(~3600 flats) of this project especially during peak hours

• entry-exit,
• lift waiting time,
• limited amenities usability like pool, gym, courts...
• Free vs Paid amenities(actual breakup if it can be shared)
• Overall Maintainance

Also some hurdles if anyone facing regularly/ocassionally to be aware of.

Anyone has feedback about this project, am primarily concerned about the lake beside & mosquitos, it appears to be very bad, want to understand its impact on livability. Builder says they'll clean n maintain, not sure if its true or just initial statements to attract.

Hydraa concerns, Builder says to have all required permissions, has anyone verified if its not gonna create problem. Otherwise whole project amenities section is scraped.

Approach road to Narsingi, though its a small piece blocked, anyone has update on its clearance if its going to unblocked, as its central govt land.
