Why do I have a hungry brain on compounded Tirz?

Has anyone experienced this with compounded? 24 hrs after shot.

Trying to switch from Zep to Compounded. I took Apothecary yesterday morning - had Sulphur burps all night, constipation this morning, gut stops moving and I feel abdominal discomfort

BUT - I still feel like eating even though my stomach is full - I’m not hungry but I still feel like eating more.

I DON’T GET IT.

I had a 55gm protein 370kcal protein shake at 10:30am.
Ended up with a 500kcal lunch at 12 even though I was full.

Anyone else experienced this? *No such issues on Zep.*
My wife takes BPI and she is doing great.

Can’t believe 5months ago this was a weekly midnight order. Now looking at this makes me cringe.

Any feedback on Thorne's ResveraCel NR supplement to boost NAD+ levels?

I’m on Zepbound for weight loss and considering adding this supplement to my diet. Please provide feedback/your experience.

Scale stuck at 250lbs - I only see it go up from 250 but never below.

I started tirz in April at 286lbs - lost almost 35lbs in 2.5 months - now I can’t somehow get below 250lbs - I feel like I’m stuck.

I’m still in a large calorie deficit. Only thing I can think of is my recent supplementation of creatine is causing my muscles to hold more water and that’s why the scale isn’t moving even though I’m likely losing fat.

Thoughts?

How do you time your oral meds and supplements while on Tirz?

I recently started taking NR supplements 8am daily and I feel it’s hitting me in the night.

I’d love to get your insights on how yall manage your oral meds and supplements while on GLP.

The Unexpected Side Effect Nobody Warned Me About: I Quit Weed

I've been marijuana free for 2 months today!!! Thank you Zepbound! ZEP changed my life - loosing 35lbs is the bonus cherry on top for me.

I’ve been a long term smokers - smoked almost all day every day for 7 years.
I tried quitting many a time but was always unsuccessful . As my stash would go down, my anxiety would go up exponentially.

Only time I was able to quit was after I started this journey. Just wanted to share this as it’s a big milestone for me. Thank you all for your support and guidance with GLPs!

I know THC stored in my fat cells is probably being released as I loose weight - hey I’ll take it lol

My cat lost half his body weight in a year, eats constantly, bloodwork “normal.” Has anyone dealt with this?

My cat Jupiter is 4 and a half, neutered male, indoor only. He used to be a big chunky boy, like 16 to 18 lbs last year. Over the last few months he’s dropped a ton of weight. He was 11.7 at the vet back in March and he’s down to around 9 lbs now. So basically half his body weight is gone and he’s still getting skinnier.

What’s weird is he acts hungry constantly. Comes running, begs all the time, but when I actually put food down he doesn’t eat that much. He’s not scarfing huge portions or anything. Every now and then he eats too fast and pukes a little but no real ongoing vomiting or diarrhea. He also used to beg for tap water all the time and just kind of stopped, which is strange, but he doesn’t seem dehydrated. Otherwise he’s honestly acting pretty normal. Still alert, still cuddly, getting around fine.
We took him in back in March. They did bloodwork, took a stool sample, checked his belly. He came back negative for diabetes, belly looked clear, and the vet basically called and said they didn’t find anything. The one thing I noticed later in the visit notes was his heart rate was 224. No idea if that’s just him being stressed at the vet or something actually worth looking into.

So I’m kind of stuck and getting pretty worried. A cat losing this much weight while still acting starving has to mean something is going on that we haven’t caught yet, right?
Has anyone been through this with their own cat? What did it end up being? And should I be asking for specific tests beyond the standard panel, or just go straight to an internal medicine specialist at this point? I’ve seen people mention stuff like a GI panel, B12, thyroid, EPI, IBD, but I don’t really know what’s actually worth pushing for.
Going to call my vet for the actual lab report too. Any advice or similar stories would really help.

Food suppression is not permanent and wears off eventually for most. True or False?

I’ve been on Tirzepatide journey for a couple of months and someone commented on one of my other posts “Food suppression is not permanent and wears off eventually for most.”

Is that true?

Less appetite suppression on compounded tirz than brand - normal?

I’ve used brand tirzepatide and also compounded tirzepatide. On brand, my food noise goes almost completely silent. On compounded, I feel some effect but still want to eat and the food thoughts don’t fully quiet down, even when I’m full. Same active ingredient, so I know it could be placebo or my own inconsistent timing - but has anyone else noticed compounded feeling weaker than brand for appetite suppression? Did switching back to brand bring it back? Thanks
