My Cirqa from time to time just loses data despite me wearing it 24/7. I’m on the latest firmware 3.2.0. Also forced syncing multiple times with no luck of getting that data back.
Is it normal to have data disappear like that? How can I get it back?

In the picture the band looks thinner, the edge of the band is also much cleaner. In the real product, they look like a completely different band.
Probably they used AI to generate those marketing photos.
