Hey guys! Im asking for help one more time here. My husband can’t get ride of shortness of breath caused by IMO. He already tried antibiotics ( rifaximin and metronidazole), Atrantil, B1 and so on. But once he gets bloated, his shortness of breath is incredibly intense. HELP!
My husband is with a healthy issue and we need to fly back to my country, and that will be 2 flights. Like, long ones ( 3:30 and 09:20 hours). Im absolutely terrified of it. What do I do? There is no other option.

After the antibiotics, my husband is staying with: -Thiamine ( microdose, because of previous paradoxal reaction)
Is this a good protocol?

Hello everyone. My husband took one dose of 50mg of Thiamine and had the worst effects ever. The doctor said he might be missing the vitamin and he will try with the injections, because his symptoms likely came from stomach. He has Sibo highly caused by B1 deficiency. Do you know if Thiamine is enough or just TTFD? Thank you so much in advance!
Hii everyone! My husband has gut issues and he wanted to try Thiamine. He tried yesterday (50mg) and it was the worst night ever. He felt sooo bad, heart palpitations, he has roemheld syndrome and he felt so awful. Is this normal? It can be just the sensitive? Thank you so much.

Hii guys, I already posted here 100x and it eas always very helpful. My husband has intense shortness of breath because of IMO/SIBO ( everything else was examined and all good). The gases are up to his abdomen and he gets so bloated it causes roemheld syndrome. He finished antibiotics (rifaximin+ metronizadole) 6 days ago and nothing has changed. We don’t go out, we don’t do anything and he panicks everytime this happens. Does anyone knows what can be done so he doesn’t have at least this shortness of breath? We are going to try Atrantil now. Hi everyone, I post here often about my husband’s struggle with IMO. But at this point I’m absolutely desperate. English is not my first language, so im sorry about any mistake. The last 2-3 years have been absolutely awful for my husband and I. He can’t go out, we can’t travel, we can’t go to anywhere without him having a crazy shortness of breath due to IMO. He is treating with antibiotics, but we are not seeing a lot of improvement. I just really wish to know what to do to at least improve his breathing. Is insane and so hard on us. I don’t know what to do anymore, im contemplating ending my life cause of this. Nothing without my husband makes any sense for me, so if he is not cured, then im not gonna live well as well. I need a solution for this, because he is the best thing in my life. Thank you all so much.
