Store Pickup Cancelled?
I had an order for a new phone placed on July 1st, I’ve been checking my email everyday to see when it would be ready for pickup. Turns out the order wasn’t “verified” for pickup, I’m not sure why it wasn’t if my credit card was attached and all my info.
Nonetheless I click on the link and didn’t see anything to verify but the email said I have until July 6th to verify it. Luckily about two hours later I receive an email saying it was verified and my order is processing. If it’s processing that means it’s not ready to be picked up right? This was on July 3rd.
I just received an email on July 5th saying my order has been cancelled because I didn’t pick it up. I’m so confused because I was told I had 3 days to pick it up and it wasn’t verified 2 days ago and I never received an email, text or call saying it’s ready for pickup.
Anyone else have this happen, is it too late to get it tomorrow? I’m so annoyed I might go to another company Verizon has given me nothing but issues ordering this phone so far. 🫠
