3 Eritrean men gang raped & beat a woman who was leaving from a train station in Sweden. Sweden 🇸🇪

I came across the story, it is quite tragic that these things keep happening among our people in foreign lands. I really hope that we could be better as people this is beyond sickening.

Seattle Jews targeted in nearly 20% of hate crimes despite being 1% of population

Nearly one in five hate crimes recorded by the city through July despite representing roughly 1 percent of the metro area’s population.

Jewish people should not have to feel unsafe, hide their identity, or be held responsible for anything. You can criticize, advocate for other groups, and have strong political disagreements without targeting Jewish people.

Seattle should be a city where Jews and every community can live openly and safely without fear or hatred.

Israel holds one of the most important Ethiopian Monastic Christian's sites! 🇮🇱🇪🇹 - Jerusalem

Debre Genet was helped to be established by Menilik II in 1893. A century old Christian presence in the holy land.

Till the state is preserved, and Christian Ethiopians enjoy the opportunity to practice their faith with respect dignity and coexistence with others inside of Israel. It is such a beautiful site to see. 🇮🇱🇪🇹

Israel has strong safeguards and legal measures to protect Christian worship across all parts of jerusalem. Allowing Ethiopian orthodox Christian’s to maintain monasteries, clergy and pilgrimages. This is great to witness and Ethiopians I’m sure are very grateful.

Would you prefer Ethiopia to be a welfare state with minimal focus on long-term growth?

I often times see the argument made that Ethiopia needs to focus on its people and providing basic resources, expanded subsidies, welfare and housing assistance

I also understand how important it is for Ethiopia to leave the foundation for future generations by prioritizing long-term growth, innovation, and economic prospects.

From my assessment, our Prosperity Party has been focused on long-term growth, innovation, and development with decent provisions of welfare to the people.

Is it fair to focus primarily on welfare like programs vs priority for long term/short term growth?

What are your thoughts?

Anger as Eritrean Rapist of elderly woman Beats Deportation: Sweden 🇪🇷🇸🇪

An Eritrean man in his 30s avoided deportation from Sweden after being convicted of raping an 82-year-old woman. A Swedish court sentenced him to four years in prison but declined to order his deportation, reasoning that he was well integrated into Swedish society. In its ruling, the court also described the rape as “brief” and stated that it occurred “without threats or blows.”

The victim, an 82-year-old woman with impaired memory who had previously received home care services from the convicted man, was able to recall the assault, which took place on November 3, 2025. Her son later contacted the police to report the incident. During the investigation, the man offered multiple conflicting alibis, which were contradicted by DNA evidence, ultimately leading to his conviction.
According to Samnytt, the care company had employed the man despite his prior criminal record. His previous convictions included theft, petty theft, serious offenses connected to Stockholm’s gang environment, aggravated drug offenses, and aggravated drunk driving. His drug and drunk-driving convictions resulted in a 2022 ruling by the Svea Court of Appeal, which sentenced him to two years and two months in prison.

Prosecutors requested that the man be deported from Sweden for life after completing his prison sentence. However, the court rejected the request, citing several factors in his favor: he had arrived in Sweden as a child, had lived there for nearly 20 years, spoke fluent Swedish, and had maintained employment in recent years.

Sweden’s deportation laws have since changed. On June 15, Sweden’s Riksdag (Parliament) approved new legislation allowing authorities to revoke the residence permits of migrants who engage in serious criminal or otherwise “badly behaved” conduct. Supporters argue that such legal changes could make it easier to deport individuals convicted of serious crimes in future cases.

A friendly Deacon Speaks Amharic to Ethiopian Tourist Visiting Jerusalem, Israel 🇮🇱

Here a deacon in Jerusalem joyfully greeting an Ethiopian visitor with pretty decent Amharic.

Moments like these are genuinely heartwarming. Seeing someone from another culture take the time to learn and speak our mother tongue language.

The people of Jerusalem like Ethiopians are one of the most welcoming in the world. Life is laid back and social.

🇪🇹 🇮🇱 Hope many of you pay a visit.

The Last remaining Jew of Asmara. The Adenite Jewish community of Eritrea 🇪🇷🇮🇱

In the 1940s following the anti jewish riots in Yemen several Adenite Jews fled and settled in Ethiopia, many residing in British controlled Eritrea.

I pledge for Eritreans worldwide to honor, respect and support Jewish identity within Eritrea as they have faced discrimination from the state.
