18m here, I've been thinking of getting an Adhd Diagnosis and don't know where to start
I've suspected for a while now that i have it but family been dismissive of it despite teachers, friends, and other mentioning that I might have it and get tested. I finally managed to get them to relent and at least try but now i kinda don't know where to go for something like this so im shotting my shot out here. Thx for the help
