The more I think about it, the more it feels that Corespawn are not coming from the Core of Hoxxes IV. What if the thing that hit the planet (you can see it on game's logo) is something of a beacon or a sentient rock (like sentinels)? That would explain why those creeps wouldn't shred our miners along side Glyphids - they're just not on the planet while we drill it through and out.

But when we started fu̷̘͙͛c̶̤̖͙͖̏̎͊͘k̸͇̩̲̾̀̌̆ing around with what we call Core Stones they finally got a signal. A confirmation that there is something on the other side, something they can feast upon and corrupt.

They are nothing but invaders, festering on our property. Let them know, that

Hoxxes isn't theirs to conquer

PSA: You can carry Expinite Chunks with you in the Elevator to the next stage

Ellis bugged out and stuck on her way to Heavy Weapons Crate, we couldn't call her nor interact with her in any way. There was a Cargo Bay near elevator and we just took a chunk with us to next stage. Ellis worked normal on new stage so we finally got our upgrades.

Promotions in this game are such a glorious performance

My soul is filling with joy and pride whem me or my teammates get promoted. The music, staging and lights create such a majestic expirience. The game has a lot of issues right now, yet GSG went over the top with Ascension Hall
