Optimal Peptides for Surgery Recovery?

Had hernia surgery today and wanted to see what the groups thoughts are on the best single or best stack to aid with wound healing, recovery time, and overall stronger tissue repair.

I’ve looked into “The Wolverine” stack and actually have some that I haven’t reconstituted yet. My only concern there is BPC is dosed daily whereas TB is dosed 2-3x week. So the combined mix has me wondering if I would get the true benefits of the BPC by only dosing 2-3x week?

I’m sore there are other peptides out there y’all would recommend for various reasons so bring it on and let me know! I’m trying to take the recovery seriously but would like to beat the timeline and feel better and stronger faster.

Thanks in advance!

TL;DR: just had hernia surgery, give me your optimal peptide or stack for repair and recovery.

Going to start Wolverine Stack for hernia surgery recovery in a couple weeks. Need some advice

Having surgery in a couple of weeks to repair an umbilical hernia. Bought the Wolverine stack of BPC-157 & TB500. Curious if anyone has any advice for dosing and timing for surgery repair. Have talked to several people who have used this for injury recovery but not necessarily surgery recovery. Any advice is appreciated.

Have to stop due to surgery. How long will it keep?

Like the title says. Have to stop taking tirzepatide due to an upcoming surgery in a couple of weeks. I have a few boxes of Zepbound 2.5 and 5mg pens and a new vial of compounded tirzepatide that I got this weekend. How long can the unopened/unused vial and pens stay good for realistically? I know the vial has a discard after date on it, but if I never opened it and it all stays refrigerated, will it be good for 8-ish weeks?

No energy to lift weights.... What is your go-to??

I have been on compounded tirzepatide for a couple of months now. Started out really low and slowly titrating up. At 1.5mg now. I know several folks will say it's too low but I have real food noise suppression and have lost about 6lbs so far. I am STRUGGLING to lift weights anymore. It is like I do not have the energy and strength at all. It doesn't matter if it is the day of the shot or day 6, I have tried carbs with the protein ahead of a workout, caffeine in the form of coffee or energy drinks (no sugar ones). I historically have GI issues with pre-workouts but I may have to resort to that again and deal with it. I am also on TRT and have been for years (200mg/wk of Test C split into two doses). This is for clinical low T from my PCP and not because I wanted to. Male, mid-40's, and frustrated for reference lol.

What is your "pre-workout" solution to having low energy regardless of meal timing or time of day??

TL:DR, Been on tirz for a couple months and have no energy to lift weights like I used to. Need recommendations on how you supplement that energy to have a good weight lifting session.
