Looking for a historical fantasy manhwa I read \~ years ago it was ongoing at that time – body swap twist Body:

I'm trying to find a manhwa I dropped while waiting for more chapters. My brain is hurting because I completely forgot this peak story, typical manhwa reader memory lol. It was ongoing at the time. Here's what I remember (some details might be slightly off):

ML: Duke or high-ranking noble. Black or silver hair. Has a curse/disease that left him skinny, scarred, and blind (or with severely impaired vision). The FL helps him heal emotionally and regain confidence.

FL: Helps the ML. Later there's a major body/soul swap.

FL's friend: Silver-haired woman with special powers. Her lover betrayed her, stole her powers, and caged/abandoned her. She becomes bitter and warns the FL that "all men are the same." FL helps her friend recover her powers and escape.

Plot twist: The angry friend says something like "Let's see if he recognizes you even if you're in a different body." As a challenge to the FL during the swap, the friend might have healed the ML magically. Then the body swap happens — FL ends up trapped in her friend's weak/sick/scarred body (and possibly mute or unable to speak well). The friend takes over the FL's original body.

Later: FL goes missing. ML regains his sight/health and searches for her for years. He finds the real FL (in the swapped body) while riding horseback in a forest or similar place. He brings her back to the castle, not realizing it's her at first. Then the friend (in FL's original body) suddenly returns at the same time, confusing the ML. He ends up paying more attention to the swapped FL.
