How did you find your strength to move forward after pregnancy loss?
I’m wondering how other people who have been through pregnancy loss, especially more than once, found their way back to themselves.
I’ve been through this twice now, (once at 12 weeks and other at 23 weeks) and honestly I feel pretty disheartened. Some days I’m okay. Other days, I find myself trying to fight with God and asking why this had to happen. Then there are days when I find myself praying again. And some days, nothing appeals to me at all. Nothing makes sense.

I know so many people go through this, and I know that, somehow, people eventually learn to live with the loss and find joy in life again. But right now, I’m struggling to imagine what that looks like for me.
For those of you who have been through this; how did you find your zing again? What helped you slowly come back to life, to yourself, and to finding things that felt meaningful again?
I’d really love to hear your stories. ❤️

20th week anomaly scan came out with some odd findings. Amniocentesis suggested.

Hi all, I’m in my second trimester. It was my anomaly scan 2 days back and the radiologist said that the femur is short (4th percentile) and it shows slight bowing on both sides. All the other organs and bones appear normal. Nasal bone is fine. All organs are developing fine. It just the femur.

They have suggested Amniocentesis. I visited my gynaecologist and she’s also of the view that I should get it done to rule out any possibility of a genetic disorder. If everything comes fine then it’s just constitutional. I had gotten my NIPT done after 12 weeks and it came out low risk for all the parameters.

While I’m going to forward with the test, just wanted to share this and lighten my heart a little bit as I’ve been thinking the worst. If anyone has any stories like this and they can share their experience, itll help me calm down a bit that I’m not alone. The restlessness is not settling and I guess it won’t until I get the results properly.

Sorry for the wall of text, just feeling helpless because until the last scan everything was so good and I feel fine.

Parents travelling to Haridwar, need some tips.

Hello guys, my parents are travelling to Haridwar this week. Knowing the importance of place and summer vacations, I’m anticipating a good amount of crowd. I wanted to ask,

  1. Is VIP ghat less crowded and does it require any booking or anyone can go and take a dip there?
  2. How much is the distance from parking lot to the ghats?
  3. How are the changing facilities after taking a dip specially for women?
4)Any other tip if you can give regarding Mansa Devi visit and Ganga Aarti!
    Thanks in advance:)
