so im trying to install QoL Vehicle Fixes and i replicated every path mentioned in the README file into my mods folder

I did not create new RPF files for the RPF requirements, those i copied directly from the original path, should i have copied everything instead of replicating it? i dont't have much space on my drive so i did not want to add another 30gb of mostly waste to it so i decided to only replicate the neccesary files and... The game loads, but my mod is not loading.
I wanna know if i did something stupid or whatever

I do not want irl cars, just the vanilla ones but better.

How come i had never thought of that after going through this mission like 10 times, you can just tail trevor and have a little chat with him and then drop him at the strip club, suprising how little one can know of a game when not trying to explore beyond the obvious.

So everything that happened from Three's company to By the book is all a made up scenario by delirant dudes at the IAA and FIB?
After reading the wiki I get to the conclusion that neither Tahir Javan's (Target) death and Ferdinand Kerimov (Mr. K - Tortured guy) torture was neccesary, is there any deeper reason to why the IAA would interest in killing a supossed terrorist that was clearly NOT a terrorist? i honestly feel bad for Mr. K, it would be interesting to see him in gta VI, maybe he fled to vice city (or maybe he died when he fell down the stairs at the LSIA)
what do you guys think?...
