New Tec system fitted…sounding normal?

My first time having a parallel twin engine… does this sound okay? My brain is concerned at the noise at the end of the disengaged revs…sounds gappy/rattly/poppy.

Should this rust a deal breaker or am I being picky?

On the surface the bike looks clean. But when inspecting in further the rust is revealed. Should it be a deal breaker?
