Is my board bad or something wrong with klipper? stepper rough vibration

my printer (E3 V2 Neo) was working wonderfully with klipper, suddenly i start to get horrible vibration on Y axis, like dragging a chair on wooden floor.

i though it was maybe some bearing, so i changed everithing: rollers, stepper, pulley, belts, etc (as it has 2 years with no problems, so maybe a few new parts are in order). the printer is properly fixed and sturdy, no rattling on the frame whatsoever.

the problem persisted. redid input shaping, same thing. then i realized with lower speeds (200mm/s), the problem goes out like 95%, i still feel a underling vibration on the axys, like fork on a plate. withour the stepper, the bed move butter smooth on the rails. no mechanical problem there.

then, removed the stepper and even without belt, the problem persist. tested another stepper, same thing.

the thing is, i did update klipper and all components a few days prior, and can't say for sure the problem started after the update, but seems so.

i can only test a new board now, but not sure if problem is HW or SW

bed at 200mm/2 vs 400mm/s: https://imgur.com/a/6Njkavu

was working super smooth at 400mm/s 3600acc. until the problem showed up.

Finally i went to Klipper...

Was avid mriscoc user, with LA+IS my printer was already very good, compared with stock FW and tons of upgrades.

2 days installing, tunning with accelerometer, configuring macros, GPIO's, camera, now the printer is even faster, quieter, and with better quality.

Used a OrangePi Zero 2, so was harder to set up as everything is mostly made for raspberry pi

added a dual relay module, so the printer turn on automatically after sending a print from slicer, and the noisy extruder fan now turns itself off with temps below 45, so silence after print finishes.

Klipper is apparently a bumpy road, but totally worth it. ;)

What display of around 4" to be viewed outside (in the shade)?

Im trying to make a device (esp32 based) to help HVAC technicians, but i forgot a crucial part: most use would be outside, not on direct sunlight, but on the shade, but still outside, and very bright.

Most displays i found (aliexpress, i'm in Brazil) where around 300cd/m² (CYD, IPS LCD's, etc)

by that value, i believe would be dificult to read the screen, like a phone on low brightness in the sun.

Any tip on what screen to get? i could not find a e-ink with a decent price (i also think the refresh rate is too low, i need at least 2fps)

Any help appreciated.

Wich flaring tool (between those two)?

https://imgur.com/a/pukXKpv

i'm using a friends flaring tool for mini splits installs (in my country, mini splits a are 99% of installs)

was about to get one, like the left, but then i saw a lot of people using the one on the right, (handle on the side with the replaceble pipe holders)

anyone have experience with both to share a opinion between them? thanks!
