I purchased this in a lot with other sealed product (ETBs and/or booster bundles I believe). Didn’t inspect like I should have until I got home. Seal is loose on both sides, one side quite loose. There are small holes in the plastic itself for venting I believe. Seller swears it was not resealed. I have no concerns about anything else in his lot. Has this been resealed or are there products like this out there? Thanks.

Here’s how it works - after registering, send your personal invitation link with your friends. If you see something you want to buy, call dibs on it. The seller can then agree to sell to you, and then you can use the messages portion or just handle the logistics outside of the app re: payment and pickup. You are dealing with your friends, so no worries about getting scammed. No money changes hands through the app.

I bought a box lot of Pokemon cards probably 20 years ago - mostly commons, but did have a base set (not first edition) Charizard 4/102 in there. Card has wear and looking at PSA listings on eBay and comparing wear mine is about a 3 in its current condition. I am having the card cleaned up and pressed as we speak, which may bump it to a 4. Not expecting too much.

My question is which grading company I should use on that card. It’s probably a $400 card at best. Now that PSA has paused its value tiers their cheapest submission price is $80. CGC’s economy tier (for cards under $1,000) is only $20. Beckett is $18, with subgrades. If this was a baseball card I’d be going with Beckett, but not sure about this Pokemon card. Any suggestions? We lost him last night. He was only 6 years old. Diagnosed with aggressive acute leukemia that same day. Went from active and happy on Sunday to lethargic on Thursday. No treatment option for him at that stage. He was a great companion - a friend. Loved to communicate with his eyes and his voice. Loved to cuddle and go on walks too. We spent time with him as a family, including his brother (a Havanese) before saying goodbye. He focused on each of us as we did on him. We will miss him dearly. Just wanted to share a picture of him with his great smile for you all to see.
