My Grandma and I went to an art thrift shop. Bought a bunch of beads. The center piece used I had already made for a separate project a while ago, but an important piece I made broke, and I was too lazy to remake it.
I say Sarentu, but I think the most Sarentu part about it are the spirals and the jagged bits I attempted since that's all I got to reference from that mural I found.

Making clay beads for a project. 1 bead is meant to be Vermont inspired, but my ideas for it suck. I've looked up Vermont pottery since I did something similar for another state, but most of what's there would require way too much detail for a tiny thing, or doesn't really say Vermont to me.
In the middle of translating a song/poem for my OC based on her life (kinda like Avatar with their songcords which inspired this). Already had to find alternative words for other things, but it was manageable. Then I get to feather. According to the Mando'a dictionary I've been using, there's nothing. Honestly I find it hilarious that there's a translation for hawk (translated hawk earlier), yet nothing for what's literally on them. Checked my spelling twice. There's nothing. Searched what very few alternative words I could find for feather, still nothing.
Also, just to throw this out there, I see So'lek and Tamtey's relationship more as father and child. Looking for some hurt/comfort. No relationships unless it's canon.
I just bought it minutes ago, and yet after I talked to Nesim, it was still saying you need to buy the DLC. I am very concerned. Is there a wait before I could play? Or did I just get screwed over?

Istart the DLC thinking I'll be my Na'vi again, then I'm playing as So'lek. No offense to the guy, was just really hoping to play as my Na'vi, especially after I just got all the Sarentu gear, thinking it'd cross over. >!Also, currently sad. Went to hometree after Tamtey was captured, and other Na'vi that I grew to care for are dead!! Including Sa'nop!!!<
The Na'vi say that our characters have "the mark," but I don't know what that mark even is. Only possible conclusions I could come up with is either the bioluminescent patterns, or just the patterns on the Na'vi in general. Even if I'm right, it still confuses me.
I was under the impression they were natural, like Ahsoka's markings.
