Broke my diet and ate a taco. Im super bloated this morning and it hurts
I've been on a strict diet for months due to pcos and a bad heart. I broke down last night for my daughters birthday and ate tacos with her. Not many I just had two small one. I am so bloated this morning I look 7 months pregnant. It hurts so bad. Is there anything I can take that will actually help me feel better without seeing a doctor. I just need something for today because I am back on my normal food already.
Can someone help me with a design?
I have a nasty scar on my leg and am very self conscious about it. What do you think would look good? On lower calf
Its not all the time just random for a few minutes than it's gone for a few hours.
I've lived a pretty sedentary life but I've been working less and have time for myself now. I have been using it religiously and have lost a few pounds but im just curious. Google says 200-300 for 30 min if done vigorously ( and I have even been). Does that seem accurate?
I've also been holding weights ( at first 3lb but now 5) and just moving my arms in and out or up and down a little.( if I move them to much i lose my rythum) i do feel it in my arms after. Does that burn more?
I do but apparently the cdc guidelines say to send them.
