Starting a new job

So i was offered a job at Chase over a month ago and my start date is in a couple of weeks, ive been told where to go and who to ask for but not what time I should arrive, does anyone know if this information is sent or should I be contacting the recruiter who sent me the offer? I haven't been advised of any other point of contact if I have any questions.

Tv keeps randomly turning off

So it started with one tv couple times a day it would turn off and wouldnt come back on until after it had fully been turned off at the wall and back on. Other devices plugged into the same extension would however remain turned on.

Thinking it was a faulty tv we have switched it with another that has worked perfectly fine and is now suddenly doing the same but not as frequently.

I have also changed the extension lead (not enough plugs for everything there) changed all hdmi cables - all new wires or have been perfectly functional in previous devices.

I am out of ideas on what to try or is it possibly the wall socket itself?

Risk of redundancy

So at the title says I was notified I was at risk of redundancy 2 days ago. We have less than a month before we are potentially out. 2 full teams are in this position and the reasoning they gave has truly felt like a kick in the teeth more or less suggesting that we are the problem (big wait times yet surely if the morning staff were as competent as they're making out we wouldn't be coming into a queue to begin with), and at the meeting they didn't even allow for the union reps to speak with us just ended the call.
I have a 121 consultation meeting with senior management next week as my manager is also in the same position so she can't conduct our meetings.

There's so many things running through my mind and I know its important but I'm also wondering if it's even relevant.
I do get at this time nothing is set in stone but I've never seen a proposal being changed and with how they've delivered it and handled it I don't feel that I would want to redeploy to another department.
I would ask the union but because I received confirmation of my meeting so late I only have Monday to attempt to arrange with the union for Tuesday. I don't want to attend the meeting by myself but do I have a right to ask for it to be postponed until a rep can attend if they can't arrange for Tuesday?
What should I be asking/questioning at this meeting?

▲ 1 r/skin

Life has been miserable for about 6 months with insanely itchy skin.

I have had blood tests done 3 times now, the first 2 showed increased markers for allergic reaction and inflammation for the 3rd I was asked to fast all the markers looked better but ironically my skin feels much worse... it has mostly been contained to my upper legs/bum and feet but recently it is around my stomach, my arms and my back.

There has been nothing changed in my day to day life, I have no know allergies other than hay-fever, and where I am itchy there hasn't been any rash etc howver now I am getting these random red bumps that are insanely itchy yet they come and go so quickly.

I have been given several steroid creams, stronger anti histamines, and this menthol cream - none of them help, I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin and feel like the drs aren't taking me seriously. Im being woken up with itchiness at times I have broken skin in my sleep and my sheets are then covered in blood, I feel like I dont want to go out as all I want to do is claw my skin.

I'm at a loss on what to do, try or ask about as they have said to me they wont really do an allergy test unless its causing an anaphylaxis reaction (like so unless I could die ive just to suffer?)

Any tips on how to deal with unexplained intense itchy skin?

Sorry for the ramble.
