I have a question for mask making

Where do I find a plastic base for a waterproof mask I'm a fictionkin and I wanted to make a waterproof John grace mask anyone know where to find a plastic base? I'm a beginner btw
Little update: can some of you please give me tips for the eyes and fur and stuff? I need beginner tips because I'm putting accessories on his mask :3
