Its something that started to happen recently (though my ping is just higher than how it was on windows). After looking how to get logs from network manager, I got this. Im kinda new to arch/linux, I had it for a while, but not for super deep things, mostly configuring and setting up things, so I would welcome any help, even if its just lookup xx.

sorry, im kinda new to arch, so I have some bases, but not sure how to troubleshoot this, nor how to word it, so i'll just give an exemple.

I was playing rocket league when suddenly, waybar, discord and even Pipewire stopped working (there was prob a lot more but thats what I saw). I couldn't open my terminal (but hyprland still worked) to try to fix it, so I just went to finish my game. After a few minutes, audio came back, waybar too and I could finally start terminal and discord.

I wanted to get SOME logs, so i ran sudo dmesg -l err (not sure if its enough), and got this: https://pastebin.com/MZXn6b2E . From what I could see tho, doesn't seem useful

ALSO, I never had that issue before I started using my dualsense w/ bluetooth, so might be related?

I want to be able to start all my games from one launcher, but I don't wanna bypass steam itself, as I need it for online stuff. Basically, I want to know if there is a way to add steam URLs to heroic.

Exemple.

to start celeste, i could have an entry in Heroic which would run "steam steam://rungameid/504230". Wouldn't allow you to close from the launcher, but still better than having to search in each launcher cuz u forgot where is the game.

Is there a way to do something like that?

Edit: I added most game by creating scripts and starting those scripts in Heroic, but what about non-steam games which NEED to be started thru steam?

Edit #2: By creating a desktop shortcut for the non-steam game, you can see a game id for that specific non-steam game. Then, you just create the game id, open the .desktop and copy the exec line.

I don't mind how my apps to start on startup go to my 2nd (1080p) monitor, its just mildy annoying.

My actual issue is that when I start games, it "start on the main monitor", as in it start in 1080p on my 1440p monitor in a broken way where its basically just not working.

Only fix I have right now is to litterally unplug my 2nd monitor each time I boot the games which does that. (Weirdly enough, not all games start with the wrong size, its about half and half.

Looked around and all I saw was something along the lines of its impossible to change the main monitor on hyprland, and something about my gpu (rtx 5060) preferring HDMI.

Im into GTAV speedruning, and I can't get RTSS working. Specifically, the golbal hotkeys doesn't work in proton. I have GTA V and RTSS in the same prefix. So either I fix the global hotkeys issue, which I suppose is impossible, or I find an alternative.

I can't just cap my fps, I need hotkeys to change the cap while playing, because GTA V is really fps based. A few mission crash over 60-120, while over 150, the game stutter, etc.

TLDR: need an alternative to RTSS which support keybinds for fps caps, OR a fix for global hotkeys in proton

Was listening to GB&GR (anniversary edition) and noticed its the least listened song in it by A LOT. I personally think its SOOO good. Its AT LEAST better than a remix of Lucid Dreams (overrated) with Lil uzi vert...
