Has anyone noticed in the past month there has been a dramatic drop in speed, service and 5G? My wife and I have both suddenly started having issues across my entire city

My lawnmower backfired and my muffler split in half, amd all the stuff inside fell out.

I can not, for the life of me find a replacement online. Is there a better option? Or should I just try to put it back together with exhaust JB weld?
