Any leads would be so appreciated!

Hey everyone! I figured I’d try posting here because the job search has been rough lately and you never know who might see this 😭
I recently graduated with my bachelor's degree and I’m currently looking for an entry-level opportunity, preferably remote or hybrid in NJ.

I’m pretty open when it comes to the type of position. I’ve been looking at healthcare, patient/care coordination, intake, provider relations, insurance/claims, and customer service roles. I really enjoy working with and helping people, so I’m especially interested in positions where I can actually communicate with people, help solve problems, and make things a little easier for them.

I have experience in patient care coordination/medical office work, customer service, scheduling, documentation, working with patients and families, and communicating with healthcare providers. I’m also fluent in 3 languages! At this point I’m trying to branch out beyond just submitting applications on LinkedIn and Indeed.

If anyone works for a company that’s hiring, knows of an opening I might be a good fit for, or could point me toward a recruiter/company to check out, I would seriously appreciate it!
I’m definitely open to industries outside of healthcare too, especially customer service or people-focused roles.

Thank you in advance for any leads or advice! 😊

splenic abscess/necrosis that does notfully drain

Female, 54 years old

My mom has been in the hospital for nearly TWO months.

My mom had a splenic artery aneurysm embolized with coils in June. Afterward, a large portion of her spleen became necrotic and developed an infected fluid collection/abscess. She has had a drain in place for weeks, but today’s CT scan showed that the amount of fluid is still basically the same.

They are now planning to exchange the drain for a larger tube. This will be the THIRD time they have exchanged/upgraded the tube, and they still cannot tell us whether all the fluid will actually come out. She has already been hospitalized for weeks and has also dealt with sepsis, a pleural effusion/empyema requiring a chest tube, and several other complications. (she still has the chest tube because the fluid from spleen keeps going up to her lung. They will not remove the chest tube until spleen tube is removed).

Has anyone experienced something similar where the splenic collection wasn’t shrinking despite multiple drain exchanges? Did a larger tube eventually work? How long did drainage take, and at what point did the doctors consider another procedure or removing the spleen?

I’m not looking for medical advice—just hoping to hear from someone who has gone through something similar because this has been extremely overwhelming.

Thoughts about the Claims Adjuster Trainee position?

Hi everyone! I just got invited to complete an online interview for a Claims Adjuster Trainee position at Progressive. I completed their online assessment about an hour ago and passed, and now I just received this email ( Congratulations! You’ve been selected to complete a short video interview for the Claims Adjuster Trainee position at Progressive. We’d like to get to know more about you and your qualifications!)

Has anyone here worked for them in this position? Cons and pros? Also - any tips for the online interview? I suck so bad at interviews and truly feel like I'm going to bust this online interview.

Thanks in advance!
