Small Victory

With the help of my father, I recently moved into a new apartment. In my last apartment, I had gone through 3 years of horrible depression, especially during the last year there. There was garbage, gnats, roaches and spiders everywhere. I was miserable, my cats were miserable and my mental health was at the lowest its probably ever been.

I got evicted from that place for not paying rent, and had my dad help me move, and I did my best to clean but it was far from perfect.

In this new place however, I've been here for a week now and I've cleaned every single day. I haven't gone to bed with a dirty kitchen once. It's a small thing, and probably normal for a lot of people but as someone who could go *months* without cleaning, I'm really happy with what I've done so far. Just wanted to share somewhere, cause not a lot of people understand

Relapsed after 10 years

Idk if relapsed is the right word here but the last time I cut myself was in November of 2015. I was 17 years old. I've struggled with other forms of self harm like occasionally hitting myself but never that.

Until 3 days ago. I've been drowning so much in stress and self hatred that I fully relapsed into cutting again and I'm trying so hard not to hate myself for it.

Childrens/Teen Book About Owls

I don't remember much other than the book being about a kid who finds and adopts 2 owls and it took place in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I remember a scene of them finding one of the owls in a trash can.
