2 lost small brown dogs

Hey Norman, I live near main and Wylie and we just spotted two little ish brown dogs that looked terrified they ran away (after giving me the biggest jump scares of my life while checking on storm damage). If they are yours or you know who they are missing from let me know and I can give as much info as I have.

Stay safe everyone and happy 4th!

Energy Problems

Hey Normanites, I have recently moved to Norman from out of state, dealing with OG&E has been catastrophically annoying. My power has been out all day because of the storm this early afternoon and there is zero update on their end. I’m not sure if this is a one off problem or this will be recurring.

I think my biggest problem is why is this city so regulated on power. I only have one option if I want power??? Also I have been hearing very not so positive things about their customer support and I try to be positive but things are not looking up.

Anyone else having these problems?

Questions before I start

Hey everyone! My shops getting cerakote soon and our current cerakoter is going to show me the ropes, but I don’t want to feel stupid while this guy is teaching me.

When prepping a pistol slide, do I need to tape off the firing pin face? Or what is a must cover, I’ve seen conflicting statements to this so any thoughts are appreciated.

Also any helpful tips in general are greatly appreciated.

Put a little over 4,000 rounds through my G19 gen 5, I finally came to the realization I hate shooting through irons on my Glock. Every other gun I have has a red dot at the minimum on it. Got this new slide for under $100 and just swapped internals.

I’ve always been scared to touch my Glock because of its main use as a car gun and I always just wanted functionality over looks.

Also should would it be better to paint my lower frame or just go buy a G19x and use its lower frame? Looks wise?
