I saw these beautiful dancers at Rushmore on June 20, 2026. It was an amazing experience.
I believe they are called “Bell Family Dancers”. Does anyone know this group? I would like to look into them more.

I love watching certain sports. I love athletes that work hard for the love of the game. I love seeing people PLAY a game.
What I don’t like is people just talking endlessly about nothing. I’m in a lobby of a car maintenance place and they have ESPN on (on a volume level that can only be described as assaulting) and it’s just a bunch of talking heads talking about certain basketball players for 30 minutes straight. It feels like they are talking in circles and just patting each other on the back.
Growing up, my brother loved ESPN and I didn’t mind it when it was game highlights or documentaries/short stories on a sport or athlete, but just watching people talk at each other would literally bore me to tears. Don’t even get me started on his stupid sports podcasts which was the same thing without the visual input.
This is a great find because I wish I could have experienced 90’s television culture as it was broadcasted. Before the internet and you HAD to watch the episode when it and everyone you know was watching the same thing at the same time.
On the tape:
Friends
The Single Guy
Seinfeld (re-run)
Caroline in the City
ER (Season 1 Episode 19 “Love’s Labor Lost”) (Edit: this was also a rerun)
Local news broadcast
I’m still watching but I hope I get at least some of the late night shows!
Edit:
Jay Leno had Jerry Seinfeld, Jeff Greenfield, and Vince Gill. In his monologue, he pokes fun at the OJ trial.
Sometimes a class leaves my ears ringing! They just shout/yell everything. Even something like asking someone next to them for a pencil can be heard clear across the room!
The random screeching and yelling (“It wasn’t even me!”) is actually insane to me. Why are you screaming when your friend said the correct answer?
It feels like I’m watching tv on the highest volume all day.
