Went to a local cafe last weekend after a visit to the zoo with my husband and baby ❤️ this cafe lets you draw and tape it to the wall but I saw nothing Jeff related so I felt like it was my duty to show our chonky boi some love!

I’ll be the first to admit- I’m not a great healer 100% of the time. Especially when I end up being a solo healer because it’s really hard to keep everyone alive. I still try though.
Dude had the audacity to say ‘heals suck’ and ‘terrible Jeff’ so what does he do when I say ‘then help’? Does he go 2nd healer? Does anyone go 2nd healer?
NOPE! He switches from Devil Dino to Moon Knight. No idea how that’s supposed to help but hey… blame the one healer right?

This took me awhile to put together but it was a lot of fun to do! I THINK I got all the different Jeff’s and Devil Dino’s? Really hoping I didn’t miss any. I wasn’t playing when Duck Defender and Business Jeff came out so I could only really rely on Google and the rivals wiki to find the different variants of them.
I saw a post yesterday about the Jeff council adding Devil Dino and in the comments someone posted a pic with a few of the Jeff’s at a council table then someone had asked to add Devil Dino in it too. I immediately wanted to see all the Jeff’s and all the Dino’s together lol took me longer than I’d like to admit but it really was so much fun to do. I had so many more ideas of little things to add in but with so many Jeff’s I ran out of space 😅
When Rivals first came out I only started playing the game because my husband showed me Jeff and I thought he was absolutely adorable. Took almost a year off from playing but came back recently because I really missed playing the little sweet potato. Something about his stupidly adorable face just makes me happy 😊

My husband and I took our son to his very first day out with Thomas yesterday! It was a lot of fun and got tons of cute pics 🥰 only downside is we went a bit overboard at the gift shop 😅
Our son only just turned 1 so he could only really do so many of the activities but I still think he had a lot of fun! He seemed to really love looking out the window when we were going by the Snoqualmie falls and looking at all the trains at the museum.
When we got our tickets we paid a little extra for a special package which came with a cute little conductor hat, a Thomas plushie, sunglasses and a Pez candy dispenser. Sadly the hat was a little too big for him but hopefully it’ll fit better next year!
Overall it was a really awesome experience and we hope to make it a nice little family tradition!

I just got a bit exhausted being told I shouldn't play Jeff or people saying they were going to throw if I stayed as Jeff. I really miss the little guy though. Especially when me and an enemy Jeff can become friends and goof around lol that was always a fun time :)
TLDR: I was lucky enough to have a super awesome first Mother’s Day!
We had to celebrate the day before because my husband works Sunday nights and a coworker needed him to cover his shift but it was a great day.
Just want to say- I know a lot of people might see liking pokemon as an adult to be very childish but both my husband and I have been Pokemon fans since we were kids. We actually met because we wanted to play Pokemon GO. If Pokemon didn’t exist we might not have ever met or had our son. It means a lot to us.
A few days before Mother’s Day we went to our local card shop and my husband got me about $200 in Pokémon cards. The most expensive card was actually a card he tried to order me months back for my birthday but it never arrived. Ended up working out though because the card that never came was actually more expensive. When I saw the price in the shop I said no but my husband looked it up and it ended up being?a great deal (plus it’s still going up in value).
I don’t know what the future holds or if our son will even like Pokémon but one thing I’ve been trying to do is store away some sealed packs so in the future he can either open and enjoy them or sell them. We got him one pack of cards and a small plushie version of a bigger plushie he likes to cuddle up with. My husband got me a graded card of one of my favorite pokemon in its shiny version which I absolutely love. I don’t have many graded cards but that one is definitely my new favorite. Couldn’t be happier with the little haul of cards I got!
We took my mom and our 11 month old son to the zoo the day before Mother’s Day to celebrate together. I hadn’t been to the zoo in over 15 years and awhile back we got the family pass so we could start going with our son. We get a small discount at the gift shop but it didn’t really matter much lol ended up spending over $200. Got myself a fluffy penguin hoodie, got a penguin hoodie and a sloth sweatshirt for our son (in the future- the smallest sizes they had were 2T), a parrot plushie and a giraffe outfit for it.
Got lots of great pictures of my son which I’m so happy about. He did end up taking a short nap after having a bottle but my mom wanted to sit down for a bit anyway so my husband and I got a little time to go look around by ourselves. Saw the butt of an otter before it ran off plus we got to see one of the bears scratch its back against a tree which was so adorable. The zoo has a carousel so right before leaving we took our son on it which was a super fun time. Got a couple really cute pics and a good video of it!
After the zoo we all went out for a nice lunch and once we got back home I got to end the day with a nice relaxing (drunk) bath lol
One thing we forgot though was to do this little mug making kit we got. Hoping to do that tomorrow though! We ordered 2 so that we could both have a Mother’s and Father’s Day mug. Obviously our son is too young to paint it himself but I just want to try to get his handprint on it and then do the rest myself.
Overall- a very great first Mother’s Day! Pregnancy, prenatal depression and having to have an emergency c section was very rough but my son is more than worth it. My son has given me a confidence I didn’t know I could ever have. I’ve definitely come out of my shell so much more since having him. I know I’ll never be perfect but my son makes me want to work hard so I can be the best version of myself for him. I’m so happy to be his mom. I’m very lucky to have him in my life. I’m also super lucky to have a husband that tries as hard as he does. They both make my life pretty awesome :)
My husband got me the movie for our anniversary and just picked up the figure for me the other day :)
