Plz help ! parents forcing me to change from pcm to pcb to become doctor 😭

i have zero interest for medicine my dream is to become a pilot and my parents can afford it but instead they would rather spend 1.5 cr on my mbbs and pg because anyways ik i wont be able to beat the competition to get a government seat

my dad says all kinds of stuff like that xyz doctor who did my hand surgery 2 years ago dont even remember his face earns 30 LPM .. and he keeps bragging that all doctors have bmw , Mercedes and villas and pilots are just drivers.

he thinks medical is " easy " just theory and memorization according to him even though he had took pcb when he was in 11th but somehow he is a software engineer now.

PLEASE HELP ME MAKE ARGUMENTS AND FACTS TO COUNTER

We need a revolution , tired of gazillion problems happening in this country ( hopeless optimist here :(

Im being honest here if most other countries had as much problems like us the people would already overthrow their governements and establish a new system.

I dont need to explain u all might know it already Corruption , paper leaks , Poverty , Unemployment , Preventive deaths due to bad govt healthcare and Infrastructure etc..... and millions of problems more its gonna be an endless list.....

My blood boils when I see these politicians using our tax money to buy their Fortuner and Range rover cars living in Villas , travelling in private jets/helicopters that same money which could have saved lots of lots of lives indirectly through quality free healthcare , housing .........

I mean this is horrible are they even humans its a fck*ng silent slow genocide happening rotting our countrys future generations WE HAVE FAILED AS "THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA "

I see a hope that in our lifetime we will see an uprising where these white kurta Netas will finally bow down in front of the people and all their politcial parties , generational wealth turn to ashes. If things continue to go like this and if they still get no shame I maybe exaggerating but we may see a violent af revolution not far in the 10-20 or maybe even 30 years but for sure if nothing changes.

Plz drop down ur opinion what do you all think ?

Edit:- I hope Indian army does a coup

I feel really hopeless ( Just came to grade 11 PCM )

Today was our first day at class , I wanted to take pcm ( got 92 % in 10th replaced math with IT ) so I can pursue my long term dream to become a pilot even tho my parents wanted me to take arts and prep for govt jobs it took a lot of arguments to convince them . Decided to continue in my school which has tieup with Resonance and our batch has only 5 people in PCM and 11 in PCB so idk it must be very rare and lucky to have such a small batch with regular classes and honestly good teachers.

But I understand nothing in the lectures and my mind completely BLANKED OUT I UNDERSTAND NOTHING including a few of my friends but they just dont care at all and just chill idk how they have such a piece of mind. they give us like a stack of those modules which reach till my knees and when I even just take a look at a single page it traumatizes me the syllabus , questions everything ig self study is impossible.

Many people I know who got 60% in 10th have taken PCM.

Im really worried whether can I even pass and move on to 12th or even pass 12th Boards where I just want to get a minimum of atleast 60% PS:- Im not going for any competitve exams like JEE .

so please tell me do majority of people move on to 12th grade Im just an average student , and in Boards is it common to fail unlike 10th where its very rare to see someone fail or if not how much do people get in average boards percentage ?? I would really appreciate any advice or honest suggestions PLZ no fake sugarcoating , hope giving etc.

legendary Bush plane with very low operating costs per hour barely 20,000 rupees per hour to run including maintenance one of the lowest in the world when u compare its load capacity

(Career guidance) Aspring Aircraft mechanic here is it worth it to pursue this career ?

Hi Im 17 y/o from India , I have always loved aviation especially General Aviation and how these flight systems work .

I always wanted to be a pilot and Im in a fortunate position to fund for my flight training or even college without taking any debt , the only thing worries me there is an oversupply of pilots and there are thousands of unemployed fresh pilots in my country and Im even hearing from the US of CFIs not getting hired by regionals even after hitting 1500 hours.

On the other hand I see this new trend now of college degrees genuinely becoming obsolete and unemployable as the job market getting worse day by day due to AI and saturation while Trade schools are trending more nowdays especially in the US as the supply doesn't meet the deamand and even in my country experienced workers are moving to the middle east , Japan , Europe and saving more money than white collar workers and returning back with a good fortune after a few years and starting businesses.

So I would like to consider trades more as a career as I love something more hands on but I want to take a niche option unlike Plumbers , electrician and I would definitely love working near Aircrafts

Is it true that there is a shortage of mechanics especially in flight schools and GA and is the pay worth it for a AMT technician ?? also how hard is it to pass the modular exams to become a licensed mechanic the one signing of Aircrafts do most people eventually pass them or are they so hard that most end up as A/P mechanics forever.

Im planning to study for the EASA exams which by according to my research can make me employable in most countries after some experience. my plan is to first work at piston aircrafts for a few years in GA and then Turbines .

Any General Aviation geeks here ??

Most of the avgeeks I have seen in this sub seem to only talk abt just Airbus , Boeing or military aircrafts ...... I barely see anyone talk about other aspects of aviation like Bush flying etc or is it just only me

I feel more than half of the people in this sub that won't even believe there are planes that can land even in the most rugged uneven terrains not only just runways ,, just my opinion lol true Avgeeks are those who know planes other than just airbus or Boeing
