Why are pediatricians so hesitant to give a diagnosis?
If you have a child who has practically all of the ADHD symptoms but behaves pretty well at school (yet is awful at home…) why don’t pediatricians want to diagnose? I filled out the Vanderbilt forms and because my daughter does okay at school it’s basically like “oh well too bad.”
