Is it a scam?: A company called EQ Unify is soliciting response for an "inactive" shareholders account

My elderly aunt received this letter from a company she's not familiar with claiming she has an inactive account. The stock she holds in the company referenced in the letter (DT Midstream) does sound familiar to her and she believes a financial planner friend of hers purchased it on her behalf directly from the company a long time ago. Her friend has passed since so she didn't know what to do.

She's interested in selling it, but even if this company is legit it looks like they'll charge like 10% or more to do so which upsets her. Maybe she could transfer it to a Schwabb account for free or less?

I'm also concerned about tax implications since she just gets social security and hasn't had a need to file taxes in decades and I wonder if this would force her to pay taxes, especially since Im guessing it almost all profit, she probably only put in hundreds and it's now worth into 5 figures.

Are there any locations in the general Palm Desert area to get nasal Narcan for free (and somewhat anonymously)?

Adult, not in school. Are there any vending machines, clinics, pharmacies, libraries, etc in the central valley (and not the city of Palm Springs or DHS) that offer the spray for free (outside of using insurance)? Thanks!

This beautiful pup Holy was born on Christmas day and needs a new loving home

One of my neighbors friend's dog had puppies Christmas day and this beautiful girl Holy needs a home because they are only allowed two dogs per household where she lives.

She's got all her vaccines and is trained and is very sweet. The owner is giving her away because she'll otherwise need to be surrendered to the county then I think they have only 2 months at the shelter before they'd put her down. Please let me know if interested or keep her in mind if you know someone who might be.

Help--Any pet-friendly restaurants in Palm Desert/Rancho Mirage/Cat City area for lunch today that would also be tolerable at noon heat?

Friends coming into town this morning with small friendly poodle and I rather not leave their dog behind if possible. Is it too hot for any dog-friendly brunch/lunch spots in the central valley (I'm assuming they all outdoor seating only)?

I thought I remember Sherman's Deli (I think that's the name) in Palm Desert at least had outdoor seating, but not sure if it was OK to have dogs or even if outdoor is available year round. Im sure that place is crazy busy after church, but thats the type of restaurant generally looking for. Any ideas?
