What accommodations can I get?
I got approved for an IBCCES card but I haven't been to universal since becoming disabled so I hope somebody could help explain what I can get at the park.

Car insurance charging me more that what I owed. England
So I applied for a policy 4 months ago and the upfront fee was £40, which I paid in full. And then the policy stated £23 per month, which I was also paying.
I had to cancel the policy due to needing to sell the car but then they hit me with 'oh you haven't paid the upfront fee of £72 or the cancellation fee' There was 0 mention of extra upfront fees or a cancellation fee in any fine print or on the website. They have now locked me out of my account so I can't even check it.
Where would I stand on this? What rights do I have?

Dog is reactive to anything new
How do I help my dog who is scared of anything that is new around him. This could be new dogs, new sounds, new people. I can handle the things we see often but with new things it's random.
Like on the bus the other day he nearly barked at a child who was making dog sounds. I don't want him to react badly. I try using treats and getting him close to me but he gets stressed out easily. He also is still scared of elevators and escalators
