Summary from LM Studio isn't showing in MacWhisper after it's successfully done

I connected LM Studio to MacWhisper, when I click "Summarize" if automatically loads the text to model in LM Studio and I see how it starts to generate tokens - and then it finished with "[qwen/qwen3.5-9b] Finished streaming response" - but nothing is shown in MacWhisper after that, still a blank screen with "Summarizing...". MacWhisper registers that generation is done, as button "Stop" turn to "Summarize again" when it's finished - but text isn't there.

Tried to re-summarize again and again - nothing changes. If I change some settings, for example remove custom summary prompt or reset any changes I made to model settings in LM Studio- text can appear again. But I don't understand what causes this. With all settings model ends up with "Finished streaming response", so it should work.

I have Macbook Pro with M5 Pro and 24GB RAM.

Pocket 4 Normal vs D-Log comparison, with 2 official LUTs from DJI

Hi! Just wanted to share, maybe will be helpful for some people here. Bought Pocket 4 yesterday and experimented with various types of modes, as on my P3 I've mainly used Normal mode and only used HLG for last several months, but P4 has D-Log now, never used it before.

So today made two short videos for myself in the same place filming in a regular default mode with no custom settings, and then in D-Log, to which I've applied official LUTs for P4 from DJI website - which are "DJI OSMO Pocket 4 D-Log to Rec.709" (link, just in case) and "DJI OSMO Pocket 4 D-Log to Rec.709 vivid" (link).

So here are three comparisons in different moments, where 1st photo in a set is from Normal mode, 2nd is D-Log with a regular LUT and 3rd is a "vivid" LUT. Maybe will be handy for some people deciding which mode of filming to use.

My own thoughts about this - I think it kinda shows that Normal mode looks like it has too much contrast and D-Log with regular LUT is much close to reality, but may make a picture a bit flat. Also vivid LUT seems to actually decrease saturation and makes picture a bit more dark. But then you see for yourself :)

TravelPinHunt - a travel pins collector's guide and helpful database you can use and contribute to

Hi! This is probably the only place or subreddit I can and will tell about a website I recently made, which I think can be quite helpful for some people here who into collecting travel pins.

I travel the world actively for several years, and I'm an active collector of travel pins, which I try to find in every city I visit - right now I have 150+ pins from around 60 countries. I recently realized that there is no website which can help collectors like me to find places in a cities which sell such travel pins (I also saw that some members or this subreddit also mentioned that in one thread). We all know not every gift shop has them, if any at all.

So I (while travelling in Thailand rn) decided to actually make something like that, kinda helped that I already work in IT professionally. I've created TravelPinHunt - a simple website which shows the exact locations of places where others collectors actually found travel pins. I've already added most of the places I've bought my pins at (those I was able to pinpoint or remember), but what's crucial - there is a functionality to contribute to this database by filling a simple form, so I will add a place which other collectors will find to the main database.

I just wanted to tell people who are also into the same hobby about this, will be happy if someone's search for travel pins somewhere will be easier because of this website :) And if you remember a specific place somewhere in the world where you've bought some travel pin - feel free to contribute, it will be shown in my administrator panel and I will add it to the database for others to use!

Website is built with Django and some Tailwind CSS, hosted on Railway. Used Claude to help me with it, as I specialize on databases and not web services, but as I'm already in IT I know how to vibecode properly :)

I'm totally open for a feedback and I will make improvements to the website, as it's my pet project now, so to say :) I hope that with time there will be an info on pin selling locations for every important tourist city in the world, at least!

I hope it will be not seen as advertising, as I'm not selling anything and site isn't monetized in any way.
