Northern Cardinals Charlie & Bessie | New Crest Feathers CLOSE-UP | Inner-city birding Chicago【4K】

Both birds are showing the start of their new plumage before winter starts. I focused on their new crests. This video was filmed over the course of 4 days, all clips are sequential. This is Charlie & Bessie’s 3rd year together as a mated pair. They stop by every single day, even in the dead of winter.

Part 2 Charlie & Bessie, this just happened 2 hours after my last post, I feel so bad for Charlie. Last month he was flying worms to her in the bush.

She is much bigger than him, about 50grams versus 42grams. There was plenty of feed: worms, sunflower seeds, peanuts. I am not sure why she feels compelled to hoard the food.

Former Chicago Bears’ running back Matt Suhey, member of 1985 team, dies

Suhey, who primarily played fullback, was the lead blocker for Hall of Famer Walter Payton and scored the first touchdown in Super Bowl XX in January 1986, helping the Chicago Bears defeat the New England Patriots.

Zooming in on Cardinal Bessie’s molt progress

I occasionally will check closely on the health of the Cardinal pair I am feeding. The trick for head shots is to get them relatively still and in a position I can zoom-in on. I wish there was a "Bird Information" tag

Enes Kanter FREEDOM suing the Chicago Sky

Just filed a federal complaint.

I’m taking legal action over my ejection from the @chicagosky game while peacefully exercising my First Amendment rights.

My T-shirt did what the whole @WNBA apparently couldn’t: define a woman.

No threats. No violence. Just biology.

And somehow, that required a security escort.

You don’t have to agree with my speech but you don’t get to silence me for it.

I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced.

I will continue to stand for women and defend free speech.
