Rampop Bowman

The kitty on the right, is Rampop! Bowman. The exclamation point is part of her name. Her sister is on the left. This was taken when we adopted them in 2010. They were raised together, never more than a few inches apart their entire lives, sharing (at the very most) one brain cell. So stupid that we couldn't give them small slices of meat to eat; meat had to be cubed so that they could pick it up from the bowl. The sweetest two cats in the world.

Rami! passed away today at the age of 16.

Life On The Fast Lane

My husband ran by the thrift store on his way home from the libary. He's a guitarist, and you never know when a half-price guitar might show up. Instead, he found this, a Simpsons Bowling Ball with Homer's name on it. It's mine now.

It didn't come with a slice of cantaloupe at the end. It's not quite breakfast, it's not quite lunch, and I didn't get completely what I would have had at breakfast, but it counts as a good meal.

I love it.

Plain brown speedy, no pattern

In listings, I see bags with patterns, and some without. I'm including a photo from a listing.

If I order one of the bags without (plain), will it have the iconic pattern on it? Thank you!

Starting From Zero

Has anyone started getting in shape and training from near zero?

I've been sick for quite a while, but am finally getting better, and have resumed my plan to complete a camino. Partly in thanksgiving for being on the mend, and partly because I've long felt called to do this.

How did you start training? Everyone is different, of course, but generally, how did you go about training? My stamina, core strength, and ability to bear weight are three areas of concern.

Thank you so much.

I'm not sure where to start [near Colorado Springs, Co] Questions, too

Hi. My psychiatrist has suggested that I try microdosing Ketamine. I have Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) also called refractory depression, and have all of my adult life. It's debilitating.

The only treatments I haven't tried are Ketamine and Deep Brain Stimulation. ECT worked, but for several reasons, I don't want to do it again.

My insurance won't pay for either one, and Ketamine seems less invasive. The only provider near us isnt accepting patients, so it's going to have to be an online provider.

How do I find a provider?

Do I do intake online, or with my doctor?

How often do people microdose?

Is it done using injections? I had to inject insulin several times a day when I was pregnant, and am capable of doing it again, as long as it doesn't require a vein.

Is there a list of providers?

Thank you so much.
