Hyper pain sensitivity

Curious to know if anyone has experienced hyper pain sensity with their Rhematoid arthritis after being mismanaged for years?

I have failed multiple regular first defence meds and multiple biologics at this point. Advil, prednisone and tylenol barely do anything for me at this point and the more research I do, the more it's sounding like hyper-pain sensitivity.

I will be bringing this up with my specialist soon but curious to know if this has ever happened to anyone else and what did your specialist do? How is your life now? Was there any solution for this?

Sleep crying at 9 months old?

Hi!

I'm new to this sub but I'm an Early Childhood Educator that firmly believes in attachment theory and I've run into a problem I've never encountered before as I'm a first time parent. I have twin 9 month olds girls that "sleep trained" themselves at 3 months of age. Honestly I just got lucky and they have slept through the night without my husband and I doing anything really other than keeping a consistent bedtime and wake up time.

My little twin though has always sleep cried. At first my husband and I rushed to her to go sooth her because we were convinced (from her crying so hard) that she was awake. We found out pretty quickly that she was in fact NOT... and when we went to go sooth her we woke her up and she became distraught. This has been happening since she was born and it happens on and off. Some nights she sleeps dead silent, other nights she is up every 3 hours sleep crying. We wait about 20 mins to see if it's real or not and to see if the crying escalates.

On to the problem, I'm scared that I'm destroying my attachment to her. I'm worried she is crying and needing me and I'm suppose to go to her but I also don't want to ruin her sleep by waking her for my comfort only for her to be distraught and have a terrible night for everyone.

Does anyone have experience with sleep crying? Am I destroying my attachment with my little one?

My big twin also sleep cries but it's not as loud and is often much shorter. You know pretty quick if my big twin needs help or not. Am I a terrible parent for this?

Advice on camping with 10 month old twins?

As the title said, any advice or even regular baby wisdom for camping with twins anyone wants to share!

We have a family camping trip planned for the end of the month that's close to home if SHTF. But we would love to be able to stay out there the whole two nights and truly enjoy being in the outdoors with our girls. This will be our first attempt and partially a tester run with grandparents joining us. We are using a tent trailer or pop up trailer if anyone knows what that is. So two queen sized beds but we don't co-sleep.
