What would you value this car

95k miles. 2001 gt manual. Perfectly clean everywhere except for the passenger strut tower which has a rust hole (the rust doesn’t wrap all the way around the tower, I don’t know if that is important or not). I’m having trouble trying to figure what the car is worth. Any advice is appreciated.

2012 Acura tl front end

Sounds only happens after the car has been sitting, goes away after driving for a few moments

Noise only present at low speeds going forward

Comes from both front wheels

This is a FWD 2012 Acura TL 3.5L V6

I’m thinking brakes are involved

Anyone familiar with this?
