All the languages in Disco Elysium

I just finished the game and it has come up with so many cool ideas - one minor one being incorporating so many different languages. So Im wondering how many there actually are now and their meaning in the game - I dont expect Disco Elysium being able to explain the language evolution but there does seem to be some lore behind these languages.

I played the game in English but i assume that all the characters are actually talking French meaning that English might actually not exist in the universe

But yeah here are the languages I have noticed in my play through:
- French: Seemingly spoken by (nearly) everyone
- Spanish: spoken by manana and crabman?
- Dutch: spoken by the evil guys
- German: seemingly used as an academic language
- Finnish: Cuno/Cunoesse insult language
- Greek: inner monologue jumpscare
- Italian: Only seen as in the Tutti Frutti wrapper

Edit - from the comments:
- Latin: memento mori
- Portoguese: boiadeiro, spoken by the pale driver
- Russian: "bratan" used by your tie, Udachnaya Zemlya and zemlyaki
- Polish: "goraçy kubek"
- English: the signs GRIH and Whirling-in-Rags (in lore justification?)

What is the name of this mental phenomenon?

this is a thing i experience frequently and others seemingly too, however i havent been able to find out how to fix this nor even its name

It is quite difficult to explain (therefore also the grafic as help):
- You experience something in the past
- Then something happens (present) that makes you recall this memory of finding new information but at the same time a fake memory gets created that takes place before that past event which is often similar to the real memory but also a bit different
- Why is it a fake memory? This Before-Past-memory contains information that would have definitely changed how your past self behaved (in your memories) - it is possible that this Before-Past-memory is actually real and that your past self just completely forgot it happening in that moment but i dont think thats the case

I dont think its hindsight-bais as it doesnt make you slightly missremember something but completely invents a false memory

Edit - Further explanation from the comments:
At some time t1 I have an experience of a banana.
Later at t2 I accurately remember my experience of the banana, but I also falsely remember having an experience of that banana at an earlier time, t0.

My ranking of European capitals on Wplace

I wasted my whole day today looking at the different euro capitals and decided to rank them

It is ofc a subjective opinion but if ur capital is taken over by football clubs, griefers or bots that ofc wont be good for the ranking and if ur capital seems orginised, has a neat backround, has cool ideas or nice localised art that will make it look better

Is the Report system dead?

Some months ago the report system worked well with not too long waiting times - but recently none of my reports reporting blatant rule breaks (eg with one guy that uses multiple accounts just to grief the same things he got a timeout in the past) seem to get reviewed.
Ik that back then reporting someone in the griefing category was a hit and miss (with still the majority working out) but now even the multi account category seems to be useless.
Any advice?

Hi there, I used DiscordChatExporter to archive emotionally important chats for the future cuz I dont trust discord to exist forever - Discord didnt like that and now im limited for a week How stupid would it be to try to evade that with an alt?
