I was cautious to change to pencil before Tetoing, yet, filling was still leaving me with uncolored lines over my drawing, did Microsoft messed this up too? I'm using Windows 11.

I need help figuring this out

Videos on youtube displayed in maximum resolution, and whenever I lower it, it automatically switch to the highest resolution. This slows down my tablet and phone, and this happens on firefox only. How can I fix this?
