Maybe the pharmaceutical patent will expire at some specific date and it will be produced everywhere ? Or is it the process to make it that is costly and this will not change ?
I tried to read on it but couldn't/didn't understand.Thank you!
Hello !
Summer is coming and I would like to prep better this year since I'm very sensitive to heat. I was miserable last year but I was also working on my computer so I didn't mind being locked up most of the summer. This year I want to experiment with my limits and what temps I can take or not, I'll try to go out and enjoy the summer too. Being prepped reassures me too.
Anyway, here's what I plan to do, feel free to suggest if you think of anything!
- Check the forecast one week in advance (and again the morning of) so I know how to organize my week and errands.
- On the go kit: wet cold wipes in a ziploc with an ice pack in the freezer ready to go. Two neck fans charged so I can switch when the battery dies. Always have cold water and a big hat on me.
- Try to wear loose clothes (like maxi dresses) to avoid getting direct sun on skin.
- NEVER NEVER get directly into a hot car, wait until the AC gets it cold (ask me how I know 🙃)
- Drink a lot.
- a cooling vest would be nice I guess? I never tried.
Now if I get hot :
- At home : get a cold shower, drink hot water and rest.
- Outside : try to stay in the shade and find AC spot, use my go to kit, buy ice cream or iced coffee if possible ? Plan how to get back home, don't be too obstinate.
- Don't panic, heat will cause a pseudo-relapse but nothing permanent, it will be okay soon.
What do you think, anything to add? Thank you!
I tried once but couldn't listen and focus on reading. I tried listening to it outside of my reading time to get into "the vibe" but wasn't convinced.
I'm curious if it's part of other people's reading process and how do you do it?
