I have to take my HCM recert exam this year and I’m trying to pinpoint what to study. I don’t do HCM but have to get certified to do the other functional areas I do work in. Hi friends! I’m a certified WD consultant and have been for a decade. Iv’e never implemented HCM though - I work mostly in the benefits module. I have to take the HCM core re-cert tests and I’m scared. I decided to take the practice exam cold just to see how I’d do and I got all the questions correct. Here’s my question: how close is the actual exam to the practice exam. I’m worried doing well on the practice exam isn’t really a good indicator of anything
