Good airflow?
Running 9800x3d and hellhound 9070xt. 9 total fans, 6 Noctuas and the 3 P12s on the AIO. Looking to see if this setup could help give it decent airflow and help with cooling the PC.

I know it’s been asked, but I live between 4-5 hours from a microcenter, and have been checking the site to see if they mention anything, though nothing yet. If anyone has an idea of any 9070xt or AIOs that are going to be on sale, would be good to know, just to determine if the drives worth it.
Snagged the 9070xt hellhound spectral from Amazon for 726. I’m browsing Newegg, and I see that the pulse 9070xt is 699 (plus a 750w PSU). Is the savings between them worth getting the pulse and returning the hellhound?
First picture is what I initially was building with, but ended up making a couple of tweaks after a week.

A couple of quick notes: items marked 0 are what I already had. The mobo I snagged for cheap with a BB gift card that brought it down to that price. Took $100 off CPU due to a Visa gift card I had.
I feel like I did pretty well for pricing with consideration to today’s prices, and only had a couple of hiccups building and getting it set up. Welcome any critique or feedback, but overall, I feel pretty proud of myself with this.
Built a PC and had a reaper I snagged from Microcenter for 730. Was already intending to return/exchange for a slightly better one, looking at the pulse. I just happen to see this on Amazon, as I was checking to see if pulse was cheaper (it is btw), and really thinking of buying this. From what I see it’s a 16 pin (or 2 PCIE right?), and obviously is better than the reaper, but is there any reason why this is as discounted for a new unit (nothing says opened/renewed etc)? Also shipped/sold by Amazon, so not a third party from what I can tell.
Just bought everything I need to build a PC, and while at Microcenter, I saw that they had the Reaper 9070xt at two separate prices.
Besides the SKU and UPCs being different, what is the actual difference between these two? I ended up picking up the one that was 730
