The sound becomes very rough, almost as if the engine only fires on every second revolution and it loses most power. It sounds similar to a rich bog but what bugs me is that it seems more speed related than rpm or throttle related, the engine runs perfectly fine below 50 kmh, it only starts to do this at random speeds above that and also in all throttle positions.
I tried forza horizon 4 and 5 and the crew motorfest but always end up just aimlessly driving around and get bored in a few minutes. Assetto corsa is amazing physics wise but the racing is a bit limited and the lack of car customization is definitely a minus. I'm looking for a game that will let me buy and customize my own cars, both appearance and performance wise, but will also "force" me to actually race instead of just driving around. Is GT7 currently the best pick or are there any other options?
Personally it takes me about 16 minutes to get to the nearest usable, fun road, about 40 minutes to get to the nearest actual mountain pass and about 80 minutes to get to a mountainous area with lots of good passes. I always thought that's super long and was disappointed that I don't have more fun roads near me, but now that I actually think about those times, I probably have it quite good and while some people live directly in the mountains, there's gotta be many more people who have to drive for hours. How long does it take you?
