hi so my colleague clubcard didn’t take the discount off today or yesterday i’ve seen on this page that it’s been happening to other people just wondering is there any way to fix this? sorry if it’s as simple as calling the clubcard number i’m just not sure if i can sort it out myself or not

hi, i’m a new hire at an express and i think i made a mistake. i was on till and going to buy some deodorant during some downtime to spray myself with, and i went to get some and i sprayed myself with it in the aisle. however i was on autopilot mode and put it back by accident. i only realised 25 minutes ish later, when i bought the same deodorant on self serve and got a receipt for it. is this a sackable offence? should i tell my manager about it? or am i overthinking
