What’s the best build/builds you guys recommend? I’ve only really used Lordnms build and some other builds back when she was really OP. Tryna get back to using her but am not sure what items are really good and what build to start with. Thanks!

Hello! I have a couple questions. So in my one ear I have a “permanent” ear tube and my other ear is a tube that should’ve fallen out years ago but hasn’t. Well I was younger when all these procedures happened and my mom says my tube is supposed to just be permanent but when I look around it says no tube is permanent and is supposed to fall out. Attached is a photo of it. I recently poked too hard with a q tip and my hearing had been a little quiet and my ear has been hurting when I burp so curious if anyone has an answer. Thanks!
