I know that nipples getting darker is normal but did anyone’s nipples change in any other way?
I have a weird tiny piece of skin on one of my nipples like it wasn’t there before I got eczema on my nipple and it doesn’t go away it is attached to it. Is this normal? My derm said it’s normal for your nipples to change shapes but it was on the phone she didn’t see it lol
Also for the hundredth time on this sub how do you care for your nipples?? Like how can I have normal nipples and not take a month to heal the eczema?
I use elocom (steroid) for 3-4 days then protopic for a week or so then I use lanolin for like 20ish days and then my nipples MIGHT look normal again (aside from the weird skin I mentioned) and then I’ll get eczema again in like 2 weeks so how can I AVOID eczema on nipples or how to treat it better??

How do you do wudu with eczema?? I don’t mean the steps but how do you manage flare ups? I do something really bad which is doing wudu in the morning then staying clean the whole day… I literally hold my pee the entire day and guess what? I still get flare ups… I legit get eczema on my butt cheeks now and I have no idea how to take care of this.

I have all the symptoms I’m hormonal as fuck, my breasts are sore and I have acne and back pain and I get the occasional light cramps but NO BLOOD. I’m even getting a bit of discharge the same kind I get a few days before ovulation (not much but it’s there!!!)

I have absolutely NO doubts that Islam is the one true religion.
But do only Muslims go to heaven? Like Allah gave us the abrahamic religions, what all of them have in common is the belief in allah, and what differs is the messenger of each religion (amongst other things ofc)
My question is if all of us believe in Allah and do as the book says would that mean that Christians, jews and Druze would also go to heaven? Even if we consider them kuffar?
Also what if someone believes in Allah as the one and only god but doesn’t really follow one religion they follow bits and pieces from every religion (I’ve seen people online say they’re like this) and here I’m talking about their beliefs but they don’t sin like they follow the book but like don’t technically sin I know it’s hard to do and explain but you get the idea

Also I’ve been seeing videos about hairs in the anagen phase, if the hair is ripped when it’s in the anagen phase then it will go away for good even if it’s the first appointment? The electrologist would know if it’s in the anagen phase because of the bulb or slimy stuff on it? Did I understand this correctly or what?
My appointment is on Friday morning and I have work on Sunday and I work at a zoo so most of my time is outside how do I make sure the skin is okay?
