[Help] First timer building a world

Hello friends. I had an idea of playing a tokusatsu oriented campaign for a while now, and never got to put ideas on paper. Talking with a lot of friends, almost by unanimity was recommended for me to adapt to FATE.

I've been reading, studying the system for a while and it feels like the correct choice. But since i had never used it before, i wanted to ask for tips and helps.

My idea is 2-4 players.

I want the hero transformations to count, and have limit, of course.

Since fate is a more narrative driven, it would be nice to have some basic tips, because i've never used it before. How would you guys do it?

[PC/PSX][Early 2000s] A extra game in a PS1 bootleg CD

OK i have to try to find this, it may sounds like a creepypasta, but i swear it isnt.

I'm from Brazil, in my youth, every game from the ps1 and ps2 was bootleg/pirated copies. I'm not sure how is the right term. Sorry...

I just recently remembered something bizarre, which will be almost impossible to find. But I had to try.

I was very interested in Monster Rancher 2 and Digimon games from the PS1 era. Played specially Digimon World 2 a lot.

One of those two games, the label of the bootleg CD was written with a typo, i can't remember which one of those was, and the game played normally.

Thing is...at the time, i was also trying to emulate games, and put one of those in the computer, and well... it ran a completely different game, with the "wrong spelling" in the title. I remember that it had an autolauncher. But knowing it was bootleg, I was scared of running it and getting viruses. But i was curious! It was more than 15 years ago, i moved away, thrashed or just discarded most of my games, I don't even have a console anymore.

Years went by, of course, and I got into "retro PC" gaming again. And got reminded of that, i can't, for the sake of me, remember anything about that, never heard anyone commenting something like that either.

I'm not crazy, i swear. I just want to try to find anything about it. Just so I can have some closure. I am sure it was Digimon world 2 or Monster rancher 2. Because those were the ones I've played most.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
