Asus tuf F16 system settings stuck in Spanish

Hi I recently bought a used but like new tuf F16 from Amazon to replace my F15 after my screen broke when I started it up I noticed that the default language was set to Spanish, I've managed to add us English to my preferred languages and got it working is most apps but the system settings is still stuck in Spanish and I can't figure out how to get it to change, I'm not bilingual in the slightest and Google search doesn't seem to have the answers I need, if anyone has any ideas on what's the problem please let me know?

Troubles transfering eon ticket from ruby to emerald

I recently got a fan made reproduction of the eon ticket ereader card that worked with my e-reader, so I reserved it from my dad in ruby, but when I try to transfer it to emerald by exchanging records, It doesn't appear in my emerald save key items despite multiple sources online saying that doing so will. I've beaten the elite four in emerald but not ruby so if you have any other ideas on why this isn't working please let me know.
