I didn’t have any trouble printing with the 0.2 mm nozzle on both the left extruder and all six right induction nozzles. However, over the past few days, I’ve wasted a lot of print time because the left extruder kept reporting an Overloading error.
The issue appears to be isolated to the left extruder using the 0.2 mm nozzle. So far, I have:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the extruder body (hand-tightened the screws).
Performed multiple General Calibrations.
Ensured the filament was properly dried.
Thoroughly cleaned the build plate.
The difference became much clearer after performing a High-Precision Nozzle Offset Calibration (I temporarily removed the track switch to complete the calibration).
In the photos, black filament is printed by the right extruder, while yellow filament is printed by the left extruder.
Interestingly, the 0.4 mm nozzle pair produces excellent results. However, with the 0.2 mm nozzle pair, the right extruder prints perfectly, while the left extruder produces very poor results (the purge tower shows the issue clearly as well).
I’ve already submitted a support ticket, and the discussion is currently ongoing. In the meantime, I’m hoping the Reddit community might be able to shed some light on this issue. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I failed to double-check the slicer timeline and later discovered that the top portion of my lamp print contained a floating extrusion line. For some reason, this accidentally acted as a support structure and allowed the print to finish successfully.
Although the hanging filaments are not visible from the outside—whether the lamp is turned on or off—I would still prefer to achieve a flawless result on both the outer and inner wall surfaces.
Enabling supports is certainly an option, but if this issue can be resolved through better slicer settings, I would prefer that approach. I haven’t yet experimented with the Arc Overhangs feature and would love to know whether it could be a viable solution for this project?

Hello, I need tips and print results of those who were successful in 3d printing door signs set on a vertical orientation. I plan to have it in this orientation to avoid cutting the project. Thank you so much!
Often times this is also apparent and visible on the last layer.
Today, I found out that we can finally check our filament status via Bambu Studio instead of being only visible in Bambu Handy App. Thank you Bambulab for integrating this feature!
