Is every job posting on Canada Summer Jobs legitimate?
I applied to a job on the Canada Summer Jobs Site, and got a reply today. The response:
>Thank you for your interest in the job.
Kindly accomplish the Employer and Employee declaration found at the Government of Canada Website under Canada Summer Job Program.
I was surprised they didn't include a link or instructions to what they meant, but I managed to find the form: https://catalogue.servicecanada.gc.ca/content/EForms/en/Detail.html?Form=EMP5616 . I'd have to include my address, SIN, etc.
This would be fine if I'd done an interview, had a conversation with, or actually met this person, but the email is all I have.
Normally I'd dismiss this as an attempt to get my info, but I'm hoping the jobs on the site are vetted for legitimacy in some way? I'm desperate, and hope I'm just overthinking things.

Edit: Yeah, this is definitely a scam. I was just in denial.
