what is the best nad+ supplement you've tried?

looking into nad+ supplements and trying to figure out what people are getting the best results from. what would you put at the top of your list right now? i'm more interested in real experiences than marketing claims. did you notice any difference in energy, focus, recovery, or anything else after using it? there are so many options that it's hard to tell which ones are worth trying and which ones are mostly hype.

my friend got me a job but is now forcing me to do their work

i was struggling to find a job a few months ago, so my close friend pulled some major strings to get me hired at their company on the exact same team. i was incredibly grateful and felt like i owed them the world. the issue is that almost immediately after i started, they began dumping their own daily tasks onto my desk, claiming they were completely burnt out and that it was my turn to show some loyalty. at first, i didn't mind helping out to show my appreciation, but now it has escalated to the point where i am working ten hours a day doing the workload of two people while they spend half the day slacking off.

when i tried to gently bring it up last week and told them i was drowning, they completely flipped the script on me. they reminded me that i wouldn't even have this job or be able to pay my rent without them, and they called me incredibly ungrateful for complaining about helping a friend. i am terrified that if i go to our manager, it will look like i am betraying the person who saved me, and it will completely destroy our long-term friendship. but if i keep doing this, my performance is going to suffer and i might end up making a massive mistake that gets me fired anyway.

i feel completely trapped between protecting my career and saving a friendship that now feels incredibly toxic.
