Ich habe eine Yamaha MT-125 2019. Vor kurzem hat sie die Hauptuntersuchung nicht bestanden. Ich dachte zuerst, dass das Lenkkopflager verschlissen ist und wollte es einfach austauschen.

Als ich dann aber den Lenkkopf zerlegt habe, ist mir aufgefallen, dass die beiden Lager eigentlich noch gut aussehen – allerdings sind die Aufnahmen im Rahmen, in denen die Lager sitzen, nicht mehr rund!! So wie es aussieht, betrifft das aber nur den oberen Bereich (siehe Bilder).

Ich weiß, dass eine Möglichkeit wäre, das Motorrad einfach in eine Werkstatt zu bringen, aber das würde locker 500 € kosten und das kann ich mir momentan nicht leisten.

Ich habe überlegt, vielleicht 2K-Epoxidharz zu verwenden, um den Spalt zwischen dem Lagerring und dem Rahmen aufzufüllen … es muss ja eigentlich nur durch die Prüfung kommen …

Irgendwelche Vorschläge oder andere Ideen?? Jede Hilfe ist willkommen!!

I have a Yamaha MT-125 2019, recently it didn't pass inspection. I thought the steering head bearing was worn out and I just wanted to replace it.

But as I was opening the steering head up I noticed that the 2 bearings looked fine but the frame where the bearing sit in are not round!! However as it looks its just the upper part (see pictures)

I know that one option is to just give it to a workshop but that's easily gonna cost 500€ and I don't have that.

I thought about maybe using 2K epoxy to fill up the gap between the ring of the bearing and the frame.... it just needs to pass inspection...

Any suggestions or other ideas?? Everything helps!!
